Position-Administrative Assistant

Location- Corning New York USA

Duration-1 year

Minimum 2 year degree required

Experience in a call center environment is strong desired

Experience with Microsoft Office suite required, proficiency with Excel strongly preferred but not required

Hours will switch from 7:30-4:30 and 8-5

Answer phones, file, fax and copy materials, Perform word processing, Compose letters and memos, Prepare written reports, Schedule meetings, Perform data entry, Significant contact with other associates, customers, and suppliers, Provide clerical support as requested. Will typically work with management.
