Administrative Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
  • Prepare, format, and file reports, documents, and official letters
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Assist in preparing project-related documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external partners when needed
  • Handle office supplies, records, and general office administration tasks
  • Support with cross-functional teams with administrative needs as required
  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
  • No fresh graduates — prior professional experience is mandatory
  • Experience working in a contracting or engineering firm is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
