Scope and General Purpose (Job Summary)

This multifaceted role encompasses commercial, export, purchasing, planning, production, and office administration.

The Commercial Operations & Administration Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of internal processes and external communications, supporting strategic goals and daily operations across departments.

Sales & Export Administration

  • Manage the central sales inbox, including processing of incoming orders, categorise and redirect emails to the relevant team members or departments to facilitate
  • Process sales orders and produce export documentation.
  • Liaise with carriers for road, sea, and air freight.
  • Email shipping & financial invoices to customers.
  • Update customer contact information.
  • Arrange and ship product samples

Purchasing Administration

  • Quotation request for PO’s
  • Prepare and forward purchase orders; monitor and expedite deliveries.
  • Maintain supplier profiles and contact details.

Other Responsibilities

  • Commercial & Office Administration
  • Coordinate travel and itineraries for commercial team.
  • Provide PA support to the General Manager.
  • Archive and maintain records and documentation.
