Administrative Assistant & Maintenance Planning
Wings Over Kississing is an aviation charter company based in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, specializing in remote northern operations. We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our Steinbach office team in a key support role assisting our PRMC. This position plays an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both administrative functions and maintenance planning activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, is eager to learn, and wants to build experience in aviation operations within a close-knit, team-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage Microsoft Outlook inbox and correspondence
- Prepare emails, letters, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Record meeting notes and track action items
- Maintain task lists and project tracking
- Coordinate travel
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Maintenance Planning (Training Provided):
- Maintenance Planning
- Forecast and manage all upcoming scheduled maintenance actions
- Coordinate with booking office and operations teams
- Track deferrals, tolerances, and outstanding maintenance items
- Assist in creating, reviewing and posting work packages
- Transcribe maintenance entries into applicable tech log
- Collect and record pertinent aircraft data
- Review and update work packages in WinAir or Excel
- Monitor journey logs and pilot log corrections
- Other duties as assigned
All training is provided in house
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend coverage
