Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dependable day-to-day administrative support that keeps the office running efficiently and the team focused on what matters
  • Manage correspondence, calendars, and scheduling with precision — ensuring no meeting, deadline, or commitment is ever overlooked
  • Prepare well-organised documents, reports, and presentation materials that reflect the professionalism of the organisation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems — both digital and physical — so that records are always accessible and audit-ready
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression every time
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications to keep the workplace productive and well-resourced
  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks including data entry, document processing, and internal coordination
  • Anticipate team needs proactively — identifying gaps, resolving day-to-day challenges, and taking initiative before being asked

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
