Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Investment Banking Division in Morgan Stanley (Budapest) as Administrative Assistant.

You will:

  • Work with the management of the department on various projects:
    • Organizing the onboarding of new employees, to enable them to integrate in the team
    • Managing the approvals for expenses to make sure the Firm tracks its spend prudently
    • Ordering hardware equipment to ensure access to state-of-the-art computing resources
    • Managing changes to furniture and other office space setup in our modern office building overlooking the Danube
    • Organizing business and off-site events, dinners, presentations, team-building activities

  • Support the 30-people strong, growing Department in various administrative processes, including
    • Organizing travels, booking hotel and tickets, managing travel cost reimbursement
    • Support colleagues with your knowledge of various processes.

You have:

  • Fluent English
  • Advanced user skills of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • A sense to details and quality of work
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
