Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5pm | No weekends!

The Administrative Assistant helps ensure the smooth operation of our senior living community. This role is ideal for an organized and personable professional who enjoys making a difference through administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and handling a variety of clerical and office tasks.

What You’ll Do:
The Administrative Assistant helps ensure the smooth operation of our senior living community. This role is ideal for an organized and personable professional who enjoys making a difference through administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and handling a variety of clerical and office tasks.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Assists with scheduling management (schedules meeting, interviews and appointments).
- Coordinate team appreciation events.
- Take phone calls and answers emails.
- Assistant team members, residents, visitors, etc.
- Informs Executive Director of compliance issues and other concerns with residents and team members.
- Provides back up coverage for reception desk.
- Must demonstrate discretion and sound judgment when working with sensitive and confidential information.

- One year of administrative support experience.
- Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Secretarial skills.
- Experience working with older adults, preferred.
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively in person and on the phone with team members, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
