Administrative Assistant/Parts Clerk
This position is responsible for taking & filling parts orders from Maintenance techs, maintaining parts inventory, placing orders as required, working with vendors, research and replace obsolete parts as needed, maintaining a clean and safe environment in parts area.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate including data entry, Word & Excel, have oral & written communication skills, able to become highly knowledgeable of parts inventory, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain safety awareness in all tasks. Must be able to work independently and efficiently. Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain correct inventory levels. Must be able to maintain good working relationships with all internal customers and with outside vendors.
- Warehouse experience including inventory management, and warehouse organization.
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
