RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/span>

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of highly confidential administrative duties, including, but not limited to managing and maintaining calendars; screening, referring and handling internal and external phone and email inquiries; proof\-reading documents, prioritizing, and distributing confidential and sensitive mail; preparing, reviewing, and editing correspondence; preparing expense documents for approval process; process authorization forms, memos and other miscellaneous duties as necessary.<\/span>

REQUIREMENTS:<\/b><\/span>

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Demonstrated ability to utilize and prioritize work assignments, work independently with minimal supervision, and handle various tasks simultaneously in a timely and competent manner<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Demonstrated knowledge of timekeeping process<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Excellent administrative skills (including thorough follow\-up procedures)<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Demonstrated ability to write, proofread, and edit correspondence for executive managements signature<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>

DESIRE<\/b>:<\/b><\/span>

· Experience in Peoplesoft and/or SAP<\/span>
