Administrative Assistant - Warehouse

Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support for our new Distribution Center. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and greet clients/visitors
  • Assist in office supplies management and vendor relationships for materials
  • Help prepare, organize, and make arrangements for team and departmental meetings
  • Oversee (receive and distribute) Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS deliveries
  • Sort and help distribute mail
  • Create new employee badges
  • Provide back up support to the Executive Assistants
  • Other general office clerical and administrative duties as needed



YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2 + Years Administrative/Receptionist experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday
