We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate Level III – Supply Chain Planning to join our Cummins site in San Luis Potosí.

Job Summary

Cummins is seeking an Administrative Associate Level III – Supply Chain Planning to join the Supply Chain Services team in San Luis Potosí. This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in managing the complete Order Life Cycle (OLC), ensuring accurate data entry, tracking and control within systems, as well as compliance with established service levels.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Order Life Cycle (OLC) Operational Management

  • Execute order entry and validation in the corresponding systems (Oracle / 1-OM).
  • Monitor the complete order flow from creation through closure.
  • Identify, analyze, and report process-related issues.
  • Ensure proper order documentation and traceability.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.

Order Tracking and Service Level Management

  • Monitor the status of open and pending orders to ensure compliance with established timelines.
  • Support operational KPI achievement, including IRR and Closure Rate metrics in Salesforce.
  • Escalate deviations, blockers, or delays related to the order entry process in a timely manner.

Technical and Administrative Support

  • Support the validation of technical information required for item configuration.
  • Follow up on import and compliance-related requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information within operational systems.

Documentation Control and Information Management

  • Manage documentation related to orders and operational processes.
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Customs, and Quality teams to ensure efficient process execution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for improvement within operational activities.
  • Document improvement initiatives and opportunities through the QMS portal.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Advanced knowledge of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and tools such as Oracle, 1-OM, Colts, Configurator, and Horizon.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools (pivot tables and presentations).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and follow up on multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative processes or Order Management.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
