  • Alternate Saturday arrangement:One Saturday work / One Saturday off

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
