Job Summary

You will support the Conveyancing Department by preparing legal documents, coordinating with involved parties, and managing files to ensure smooth completion of real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize legal conveyancing documentation accurately for real estate transactions

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other parties involved in conveyancing matters

• Manage and maintain detailed files and records related to conveyancing cases

• Monitor progress and take ownership to ensure timely and smooth completion of conveyancing transactions

• Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing Department to facilitate daily operations

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles

• Show ability to manage tasks under tight timelines effectively

• Willingness to work overtime outside official hours or workdays when required

• Exhibit attention to detail and meticulousness in handling documentation and records

• No prior experience required as training will be provided by the supervisor
