Administrative & Corporate Secretarial Assistant

We are a well-established Public Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Administrative & Corporate Secretarial Assistant.

Job Responsibilities/Scope:

Handling a full spectrum of administrative support duties for our clients, including but not limited to assisting Senior in managing a portfolio of clients by providing administrative support for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

  • Managing corporate documentation for clients (e.g., drafting minutes and resolutions).

  • Performing customer due diligence (CDD) for company incorporations.

  • Handling filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

  • Maintaining statutory registers and minute books, and submitting statutory returns to ACRA.

  • Managing compliance work related to share transfers, share allotments, appointments/resignations of directors, and the preparation of Company Constitutions.

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
