Administrative & Corporate Secretarial Assistant
We are a well-established Public Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Administrative & Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
Job Responsibilities/Scope:
Handling a full spectrum of administrative support duties for our clients, including but not limited to assisting Senior in managing a portfolio of clients by providing administrative support for:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Managing corporate documentation for clients (e.g., drafting minutes and resolutions).
Performing customer due diligence (CDD) for company incorporations.
Handling filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Maintaining statutory registers and minute books, and submitting statutory returns to ACRA.
Managing compliance work related to share transfers, share allotments, appointments/resignations of directors, and the preparation of Company Constitutions.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
