About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to manage daily administrative tasks and customer service at our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of car repairs and enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and handle enquiries professionally
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
  • Open and track invoices and job orders
  • Maintain accurate records and general administrative duties
  • Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
  • Follow up on customer service matters and feedback

Requirements:

  • Basic to working knowledge of car repairs and automotive services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (invoicing, spreadsheets, email)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Prior experience in a workshop or automotive environment is an advantage
  • Able to converse in [English/Malay/Mandarin — adjust as needed]

Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 9.30am–6.30pm

Salary: $1800 - $2500
