Administrative Executive

We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrative Executive to support the Electrical and Electronics team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective management of administrative processes and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including but not limited to quotation preparation, order creation, and accurate record maintenance
  • Prepare and track job orders and related documentation
  • Support customer service activities, ensuring timely and professional responses and follow-ups
  • Coordinate schedules and service arrangements with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain proper filing of all documentation (softcopy and hardcopy)
  • Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support as required
  • Continuously review and improve administrative processes

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing, engineering, technical environment
  • Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
