ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, equipment, and administrative systems.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain company records, documents and filing systems.
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate administrative personnel.
-Participate in long-term planning.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge and familiarity in the construction industry is a must.
- Able to communicate with workers and colleagues.
- Knowledge in LTA Projects on-site regulations is a must.
-Familiarity in the construction system in Singapore is a must.
- Able to assess and analyze construction market situation is preferable.
-Professional Certificates or equivalent.
