ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

You will be responsible for executing moderately complex work including production control on various projects in support of the Energetic Manufacturing Department's mission.
You will assist with resolving issues, drafting guidelines, and reviewing control systems under general supervision of the Branch Manager.
You will be responsible for the control of procurement related tasks in which the size, complexity, and importance require coordination, constant monitoring, and resource management.
You will be required to monitor general and project specific inventory within the Energetics Manufacturing Department.
You will be expected to prepare procurement packages required for the procurement of items and services by utilizing available procurement methods.
You will draft requests for bids and submit to prospective vendors and track vendor delivery progress to ensure on time deliveries.
