Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to serve as a Personal Assistant, IT & Office Administrator. This role supports executive leadership, manages daily office operations, and provides basic IT support. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Personal Assistant Duties

- Manage calendars, schedule meetingss

- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials

- Handle confidential correspondence and communications

- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure executive preparedness

- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders


IT Support & Systems Administration

- Provide first-level IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated support and system upgrades

- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates and backups

- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff (e.g., email setup, access rights)

- Support digital tools and platforms used across the organization


Office Administration

- Oversee general office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities

- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning, courier, maintenance)

- Maintain filing systems and ensure document control compliance

- Any Ad-hoc project task assigned by manager.


Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT systems

- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

- High level of discretion and professionalism

- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
