The role is critical to driving Top\-of\-Funnel (TOFU) growth<\/b> by identifying, profiling, engaging, and converting prospective students into qualified form purchasers<\/b> through structured outbound efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong outbound sales acumen<\/b>, excellent communication skills, and a consistent record of achieving admission/form\-selling targets<\/b>. Apply strict profiling yardsticks<\/b> to identify and qualify high\-potential prospects for TOFU. Collaborate with the Relationship/Partnership team<\/b> to attend, host, and present at educational events, webinars, fairs, and external platforms. Deploy structured tools and qualification frameworks to identify prospects suitable for various funnel stages. Execute multi\-channel outbound campaigns<\/b> using emails, InMails, calls, personalized videos, and digital platforms. Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages to generate interest and engagement. Drive prospects to purchase application/admission forms<\/b> across different admission phases. Handle first\-level objections and guide prospects through the initial decision\-making process. Qualify leads based on predefined eligibility, interest, readiness, and financial criteria. Nurture cold and lukewarm leads using structured follow\-up sequences to improve conversion rates. Maintain a strong pipeline of sales\-qualified leads (SQLs)<\/b> for downstream conversion. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets<\/b> for outbound activities and form submissions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach effectiveness, response rates, and conversion ratios. Prepare regular reports and insights to optimize outbound and TOFU strategies. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and lead stages in the CRM. Analyse CRM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure strict adherence to CRM hygiene and sales process compliance. 3\u20134 years of proven experience in outbound sales<\/b>, preferably in education, admissions, or EdTech<\/b>. Strong track record of form selling, admission closures, or lead\-to\-form conversions<\/b>. In\-depth understanding of outbound sales methodologies<\/b>, TOFU management, and lead qualification frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive sales messaging<\/b>. Strong objection\-handling, negotiation, and follow\-up skills. Ability to manage high\-volume outreach activities<\/b> in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment. Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and process\-driven. Self\-motivated, resilient, and performance\-oriented. Quick learner with adaptability to new sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach technologies. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field<\/b> (preferred).
