MCA has an opening for a full-time admissions associate. This position is responsible for providing admissions and enrollment support for the school's admissions department by performing the following essential duties.


  • Meet daily with the admissions director.
  • Enter new family data and student information into the school's SIS as necessary.

  • Tracks and receives all required admissions and enrollment documents for new students.

  • Scans appropriate admissions documents into Global Search and distributes to principal for new student interviews.

  • Reads and routes incoming mail and admission forms.

  • Composes and responds to enrollment inquiries.

  • Organizes and maintains the file system within the department.

  • Answers and screens admissions telephone calls.

  • Greets scheduled visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person.

  • Conducts research, compiles data, and writes reports.

  • Prepares and proofs outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.

  • Orders and maintains supplies.

  • Conducts school tours for prospective families and/or visitors.

Qualifications

Associate's degree (A. A.), or equivalent twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
