Admissions & Customer Experience Executive (Preschool) [EL]

• Manage end-to-end parent engagement from enquiry to enrolment across inbound and outbound channels
• Develop strong relationships with prospective families and provide tailored guidance based on their needs
• Conduct professional centre tours, presenting curriculum, teaching philosophy, and child development outcomes
• Support conversion of enquiries into enrolments through structured follow-up and engagement
• Handle parent queries with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented communication
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the parent journey
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, engagement activities, and enrolment progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and brand representation
• Contribute to achieving enrolment objectives through consistent performance and continuous improvement
