Ads & Social Media Manager

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative content for social media platforms.
  • Manage ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Optimize content for each platform’s audience and algorithm.- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends.Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in content creation and ads management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with paid social ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and refining strategies.

    Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Philippine Time

    Compensation

  • 15,000 - 20,000 PHP per month

    Hardware Requirements

  • Computer/Laptop: A reliable computer with adequate processing power (quad-core processors or higher, 8GB to 16GB of RAM, SSD for storage).- Webcam: For virtual meetings (1080p resolution recommended).
  • Headset with Microphone: For clear communication during calls or video meetings.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS Mojave or Later
  • Broadband Internet: High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds for basic needs). For video conferencing, higher speeds (50 Mbps or more) may be necessary
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): To ensure continuous work in case of power outages.
  • Backup Internet Connection: A secondary connection, such as mobile hotspot or alternative ISP, in case the primary connection fails.
