Adult & Teen Challenge 4 States is seeking a dedicated,\ncompassionate, and motivated individuals to join our men\u2019s center for internship.\nThis position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands\-on ministry experience,\ndevelop leadership skills, and foster personal growth, all while supporting our\nstudents as they work toward recovery.

Key Responsibilities

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide daily support and mentorship to current ATC\nstudents
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee program work details
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist staff with program activities and events
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Help facilitate group sessions and devotionals\nas needed
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a safe, positive, and Christ\-centered\nliving environment
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support administrative tasks and facility upkeep
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Model healthy boundaries, accountability, and\npositive decision\-making
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as a role model for spiritual growth and\npersonal development
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications
<\/h2>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Successful completion of the Adult & Teen\nChallenge program or Christian background that supports qualification to serve\nin hands on ministry internship.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong commitment to Biblical Christianity\npreferably amiable to Assemblies of God
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Desire to serve others
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain\nconfidentiality
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a\nteam
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Willingness to live on\-site and adhere to internship\nguidelines
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Driver\u2019s License is preferred
<\/p>
