Beyond technical execution, you will act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, translating technical solutions into tangible business value via professional communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IT Solution Consulting & Design: Accurately interpret clients’ business and technical requirements, conduct requirement analysis in line with industry best practices, and deliver mature, feasible IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • IEC 62443-Based Risk Assessment: Support the team in conducting industrial cybersecurity risk assessments per the IEC 62443 standard, identify system vulnerabilities and assist in developing security hardening plans (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Full-Stack IT Infrastructure Implementation: Plan, deploy and migrate Windows Server domain environments at customer sites, and troubleshoot related issues; administer core services including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
  • Network Engineering & Security Perimeter Protection: Design and commission industrial routing and switching networks; independently perform initialization, configuration and troubleshooting of network devices; handle physical deployment and basic policy configuration of firewalls and other security appliances.
  • Endpoint Security & Operations: Implement endpoint security solutions including antivirus, patch management and application whitelisting; deploy and maintain network monitoring and log management platforms to ensure 7×24 stable operation of customer systems.
  • Technical Delivery & Support: Participate in pre-sales technical discussions, present and demonstrate solutions to clients; deliver high-quality post-sales technical support and professional training.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience in delivering IT solutions. Familiar with mainstream IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, with strong requirements analysis skills to convert vague client demands into actionable implementation plans.
  • Solid expertise in IT systems. Proficient in installation, configuration and administration of Windows Server, with in-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Competent network and security engineering skills. Hands-on experience in routing and switching deployment, proficient in TCP/IP protocols; capable of independent network cabling, device commissioning and fault troubleshooting; skilled in firewall configuration and policy management.
  • Endpoint management capabilities. Familiar with deployment procedures for enterprise antivirus software, patch management tools and application whitelisting technologies.
  • Service mindset & communication skills. Strong customer service awareness, able to conduct frequent and complex technical communications with clients and independently present technical solutions.
  • Flexibility & mobility. Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time, and respond promptly to on-site urgent requests across Taiwan.

WE VALUE

  • IEC 62443 Certifications: Hold relevant IEC 62443 credentials (e.g. IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert / Fundamentals); familiar with the Zones & Conduits model and Security Level (SL) classification under this standard framework.
  • Risk Assessment Experience: Practical experience in conducting industrial control system risk assessments per IEC 62443, able to identify risks and compile assessment reports for clients.
  • Industrial Background: Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.) or experienced in DCS system maintenance.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of collaborating with global teams using English as the working language.

CERTIFICAIONS

  • Network & System: CCNP, MCSE or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent professional certifications.
