As the HR Generalist, you will activate people and culture initiatives, support the execution of talent efforts, and serve as the on-the-ground connection for Global HRBPs across Pearson’s diverse businesses. Your work will directly impact on employee experience, team effectiveness, and the successful delivery of HR programs.
You will:
Operate as a trusted advisor to managers, leaders and teams to create and sustain a culture of high performance and engagement, tailoring solutions to local needs.
Influence HR initiatives that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
Build credibility through expertise, sound judgment, and delivery excellence.
Activate and deliver people and culture initiatives, ensuring effective communication and participation across the site.
Support the execution of talent processes—including performance management, hiring plans, retention, and offboarding — by providing reliable, timely guidance and hands-on support.
Resolve complex people challenges with confidence and autonomy, balance speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Partner with Country and Global HRBPs to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and consistent employee experience.
