<\/span><\/h3>- Prospecting and acquiring new advertisers for Luxer One\u2019s mobile app, email campaigns, and digital placements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Selling ad space and sponsorship opportunities tailored to advertiser goals and target audiences<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Partnering with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to align ad offerings with customer touchpoints<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Managing the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Upselling and expanding existing advertiser relationships into additional placements or campaigns<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Analyzing performance data to recommend optimizations and renewals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Educating advertisers on Luxer One\u2019s platform, reach, and audience value<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinating ad setup, timing, and campaign changes (including seasonal or holiday adjustments)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensuring advertisers\u2019 messaging is accurately delivered and effectively presented<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Do you have this background?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>- 1\u20133 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, digital sales, or a related sales role (preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on revenue growth and long\-term partnerships<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience explaining advertising solutions, performance metrics, and ROI to clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to succeed in a fast\-moving, goal\-oriented environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
