  • Prompt and 100% on-time delivery of response and solutions in support of the engineering and business development project team.

  • Achieve a polished and professional standard in presentations, reports and proposals without formatting irregularities, grammatical and spelling errors (presentation & proposal litmus test)

  • Contribution margins and EBIT targets are in accordance with corporate guidelines.

  • Demonstrate clear understanding of efficiency and effectiveness of clienteles logistics operations, and ability to map out processes.

  • Able to design and develop process improvement metrics (service, cost and productivity).

  • Generate solution consulting revenue and CM.

  • Clear ability to manage assigned projects to ensure completion within time schedule and budget constraints.

  • Support in training new logistics engineering analysts within specified time frame.

  • Support business development team in client facing by active participation in client filtering, vetting and cleaning presentations.

  • Annual engineering expenses within budget.

  • Improve profitability of accounts through re-engineering and lean concept.

bachelors degree or masters of Science in Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering from an established and reputable university is a prerequisite. Emphasis should be on operations research, modelling and scenario planning or industrial logistics.
