As an AES SAP Basis Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, influence, and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This position offers the chance to engage with clients directly, providing consulting services that drive their success and enhance their operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored SAP software solutions to support business transformation initiatives
- Providing strategic guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing and coaching teams to solve complex problems and drive project success
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to enhance service delivery
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Promoting the use of SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Making informed decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Leveraging Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for SAP solutions
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights and reporting
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience and interface design
- Applying SAP HANA for optimized data processing and management
