As an AES Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business application needs, providing strategic insights and fostering meaningful client relationships. As a Senior Associate, you will navigate ambiguity and manage complexity, using your problem-solving abilities to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, enhancing their development and contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Managing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to enhance client operations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvements and strategic human resource planning
- Collaborating with clients to implement Workday Recruiting and Talent Management solutions
- Conducting workforce analytics to inform workforce planning and talent management strategies
- Leading change management initiatives to facilitate successful HR transformations
- Developing and executing employee engagement strategies and surveys to improve organizational culture
- Overseeing project budgeting and human resources project management to meet client objectives
- Providing guidance on benefits administration and HR policies to optimize employee relations
- Applying business analysis skills to identify opportunities for organizational development and management
- Embracing feedback and active listening to foster inclusion and teamwork within client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing benefits administration and strategic human resource planning
