Affiliate Business Development Manager

You will identify and onboard new affiliate, broker, and partner channels in the crypto ecosystem, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing partner relationships. You will design and execute tailored rebate and commission strategies, collaborate with marketing and product to enable partner success, and continuously optimize partner performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new affiliates brokers and partners through negotiation
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing affiliates to improve satisfaction and performance
  • Design and execute tailored rebate and commission strategies for top-tier partners
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product to provide partners with resources and tools

Requirements

  • Experience with crypto exchange rebate programs or affiliate business development
  • Strong negotiation sales and relationship management skills
  • Existing Korean crypto affiliate or KOL network or client resources preferred
  • Native Korean language proficiency and business English or Chinese for internal communication
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a fast global work environment
