We are looking for a motivated Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will support the growth and day\-to\-day management of our affiliate and partner program using impact.com, with a focus on the US market. If you have a background or genuine interest in the mom and baby space \u2014 whether through prior work, content creation, or community involvement \u2014 we would love to hear from you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

What you will do<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

\n
Manage affiliate and partner accounts end\-to\-end on impact.com \u2014 onboarding, tracking setup, commission configuration, and troubleshooting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Recruit and vet new affiliates \u2014 bloggers, parenting influencers, mom communities, coupon and review sites \u2014 targeting the US audience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Monitor and report on program performance \u2014 clicks, conversions, commission spend, and ROAS \u2014 using impact.com's reporting suite<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Benchmark and manage commission rates competitively for the US market, ensuring our CPA and CPC structures are aligned with industry standards for the mom and baby vertical<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Act as the day\-to\-day contact for US affiliate partners \u2014 handling queries, distributing creatives, and coordinating seasonal campaign activations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Collaborate with the marketing team on US\-specific promotions tied to key retail moments (Baby Shower season, Mother's Day, back\-to\-school, holiday gifting)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Monitor affiliate activity for compliance, fraud, and brand safety \u2014 particularly important in a trust\-sensitive category like mom and baby<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

1\u20132 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital partnerships<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Hands\-on experience with impact.com, including partner management, tracking links, and reporting. Experience with comparable platforms (CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, Partnerize, ShareASale) is also considered<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Solid understanding of US affiliate market rates. Typical CPA ranges, commission benchmarks, and publisher expectations across categories including baby products, nursery, maternity, and family lifestyle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Comfortable with data and able to pull reports, spot performance trends, and communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Strong written communication skills for external partner outreach and internal reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Organised and self\-directed. Able to manage multiple affiliate relationships and priorities simultaneously<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
