Affiliate Manager (LATAM)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Position: Affiliate Manager

Location: remote, LATAM (excluding Mexico)

Employment type: B2B contract / Services Agreement

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners

  • Manage and monitor affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activities

  • Communicate with affiliates and partners to resolve account-related issues and provide ongoing support

  • Identify and negotiate cooperation opportunities with affiliate and traffic networks

  • Negotiate new agreements and renew existing affiliate partnerships

  • Prepare partnership proposals and evaluate ROI opportunities for affiliate campaigns

  • Monitor affiliate activities to identify fraudulent behaviour, policy breaches, or non-compliant marketing practices

  • Analyse campaign performance, sales reports, and traffic data to optimise affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities

  • Research market trends, GEOs, and demographic data to identify new business opportunities

  • Coordinate with Creative teams to prepare promotional materials including landing pages, banners, teasers, and campaign assets

  • Prepare marketing briefs and contribute campaign ideas, offers, and promotional initiatives

  • Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing

  • Portfoliio of LATAM clients

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels and traffic acquisition models

  • Excellent command of English and Spanish is mandatory

  • Experience within Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading industry is considered a strong advantage

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and priorities

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics

  • Good organisational and project management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking systems, and performance-based marketing models

  • Willingness to travel for conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
