Hiring: Affiliate Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Analyzing online sources to find potential partners;
Onboarding new affiliates, informing them about the product, and handling objections;
Developing the current partner base and building trusting relationships with them;
Preparing and assisting in launching advertising campaigns;
Participating in company and department team projects.

Requirements

Higher National Diploma (HND) or BSc;
Must be resident of Lagos
Initiative and strong work ethic;
Ability to write catchy, concise, and grammatically correct messages;
Willingness to stay in touch even outside the office;
Ability to connect with people and persuade them;
Fluent oral and written English;
Willingness to learn and eagerness for continuous professional growth.

It will be an advantage to have:

Knowledge of any foreign languages;
Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, account management, online advertising, or client/partner communication.

Conditions:

Cozy Grade A office;
Full time onsite (Mon-Fri)
Working hours — 7 hours + 1 hour for lunch;
Flexible start of the working day: you can arrive between 09:00 AM and 2:00 PM;
