Affiliate Manager (Remote | Commission-Based)

We are seeking a driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team at vCommission. This role is commission\-based and ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and driving revenue through strong relationship management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across multiple verticals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Pitch offers, provide tracking links, and ensure affiliates have all necessary campaign details.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships via calls, chats, and emails.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and share feedback regularly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Resolve affiliate queries promptly and ensure accurate reporting & reconciliation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing is preferred.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, etc.) is an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and comfortable working independently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
