Affiliate Manager

You will build and scale an affiliate program into a meaningful revenue line. You will recruit, onboard, and grow a roster of affiliates; negotiate commercial terms and set payout and reporting cadence; coordinate tracking, creatives, and landing pages with product and marketing; detect and remove fraud; keep affiliate copy and geo-targeting compliant; and optimize CAC and attribution to grow attributable revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build the affiliate program into a revenue line by recruiting, onboarding, and growing a roster of affiliates
  • Negotiate commercial terms including rev-share, CPA, hybrid models, cookie windows, and payout schedules
  • Set reporting cadence and default commercial terms and carve exceptions where the math works
  • Coordinate with marketing, content, and product on landing pages, creatives, tracking links, and promo codes
  • Specify and implement tracking and attribution (including postback/S2S changes) with engineering
  • Detect and remove affiliate fraud such as cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, and blow-up farming
  • Ensure compliance of affiliate copy and geo-targeting in regulated markets
  • Drive down CAC while scaling attributable revenue month-over-month

Requirements

  • 3+ years running affiliate marketing as the program owner
  • Track record in web2 verticals with scalable affiliate programs (SaaS, fintech, online gambling/sports betting, forex/CFD, crypto exchanges)
  • Numerate and comfortable with LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, and attribution windows
  • Able to read SQL-style reports and identify actionable levers
  • Experience negotiating rev-share and CPA deals and understanding market rates
  • Hands-on experience with at least one tracking platform (Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, Post Affiliate Pro, or rolled-your-own)
  • Fluent written English for partner communications, contracts, and dispute replies
