Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop US)
This is a remote position.
Must be active during US hours
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager that has experience growing TikTok shops from nothing.
This role requires overseeing each part of our program:
- Managing affiliates
- Speaking to them in our community (over video and text)
- Working on video content strategy
- Create offers to entice affiliates to push our product
- Manage outreach strategy
- Growth and Strategy
- Strong understanding of TikTok creatives
Nice to have:
- Experience with Discord
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD per month
Screening questions:
- What is the max monthly GMV of a single store you’ve managed before?
- If I grant you access to our seller center now, what are the first things you will do?
- Our sales are 0. What are you doing to fix the problem?
- All our affiliate videos are failing, what would you do?
- What makes a good TikTok video?
