Affiliate Support Agent

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling affiliate inquiries, assisting with partner onboarding, supporting commission\-related requests, resolving operational issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience for our partners.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a customer\-focused mindset, and an interest in the Forex, FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading industry.<\/span><\/span>

Your role at HFM:<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
  • Serve as the first point of contact for affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and partners.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Handle affiliate support tickets, emails, and operational inquiries.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist affiliates with onboarding and account\-related requests.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support portal navigation, access requests, and partner tools.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with commission and rebate\-related inquiries.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Escalate operational issues and complex cases when required.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records and ticket categorization.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Follow operational procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Marketing when required.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Deliver professional and timely communication to partners.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute to a positive affiliate experience and partner retention.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Achieve agreed service, quality, productivity, and response time KPIs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Previous experience in Customer Support, Affiliate Support, Operations, Sales Support, or a related role will be considered an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience within Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, Online Trading, or Affiliate Operations is considered an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong customer service and problem\-solving abilities.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems will be considered an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Additional languages will be considered an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
