After-Sales Programs Strategy Analyst (Essentia)
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The After-Sales Programs & Strategy Analyst (Essentia) is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting the execution of after-sales programs and service offerings that drive revenue growth, improve service performance, and enhance customer support across the Essentia portfolio.
This role evaluates market opportunities, analyzes business and operational data, and translates insights into structured, scalable programs such as preventative maintenance, installation services, and consumable solutions. The Analyst contributes to the development of offerings that are both commercially compelling and operationally executable, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
The Analyst plays a key role in aligning after-sales offerings with equipment sales initiatives, supporting new product launches, and preparing the organization for large customer rollouts. This includes working cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Parts, and Supply Chain to ensure programs are effectively positioned, supported, and ready for successful execution in the market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand after-sales offerings, including service programs, installation support, and consumable solutions
- Analyze equipment sales, installed base, parts usage, service trends, and market data to support opportunity development and decision-making
- Support the development and structuring of scalable after-sales programs aligned with business strategy and operational capabilities
- Build business cases, financial models, and forecasts to quantify revenue potential and support program development
- Partner with Sales to support positioning and integration of after-sales offerings into the equipment sales cycle
- Collaborate with Parts, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure program feasibility and execution readiness
- Engage with Field Service Managers, distributors, and service networks to validate program structure, pricing, and real-world applicability
- Support pre-launch planning and large customer rollouts by aligning parts, service, and consumable strategies with upcoming opportunities
- Monitor and analyze performance of after-sales programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion
- Promote data-driven insights and contribute to continuous improvement of aftermarket strategies and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience in business analysis, product development, service operations, or commercial strategy preferred
- Exposure to aftermarket services, parts operations, or equipment support industries is strongly preferred
