Aftersales Engineer ( Tools & Equipment )

Provides technical\nsupervision, gives feedback, and prepares reports for all company branches upon\nrequest, specifically related to service centers and workshops.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Offers technical support to resolve issues\nin installations and maintenance, while also training technicians and engineers\nto find solutions and alternatives to problems.<\/span>
<\/p>

Prepares replenishment reports for damaged\nparts under warranty, communicates with suppliers, and follows up on\ncompensation, collaborating with the procurement engineer responsible for\nexternal supplies.<\/span>
<\/p>

Monitors work quality and ensure the\nexecution of all plans (installations & maintenance).<\/span>
<\/p>

Oversees the execution and periodic\nfollow\-up of contracts with customers (maintenance contracts for equipment\nafter installation).<\/span>
<\/p>

Provides suggestions for new technical\nmethods to improve the department's operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

Prepares equipment suitability reports,\nboth internally for SMG and externally for all customers and service centers.<\/span>
<\/p>

Oversees the repair of certain devices and\nequipment for the company and its service centers.<\/span>
<\/p>

Personally conducts field visits to major\nclients, monitors installation plans, reviews engineering drawings, and\nperforms estimates and inspections.<\/span>
<\/p>

Tracks the movement of spare parts\ninventory, including outgoing, incoming, and department needs.<\/span>
<\/p>

Monitors vehicle movement and distribution\nto maximize service efficiency and customer satisfaction.<\/span>
<\/p>

Follows up on invoices, work orders, and\npayments.<\/span>
<\/p>

Trains employees on new systems and\nequipment.<\/span>
<\/p>

Sets service pricing for\ncustomers and develops work plans (installations and maintenance).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Bachelor\nof Engineering, preferably majoring in (Production \- Power Mechanics \-\nMechatronics)<\/span>
<\/p>

1\-3 years of experience in the field\nof industrial equipment (maintenance and installation of industrial equipment)<\/span>
<\/p>

English language: Full proficiency in\nspeaking and writing<\/span>
<\/p>

Computer skills (proficiency in\ncomputer applications Word \- Excel)<\/span>
