Key Duties:

• Manage technical escalations and liaise with manufacturers to resolve complex vehicle issues.
• Analyze field data and investigate recurring faults to identify root causes and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects and operational initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant
• Min 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
