Agency Communication & EventJob Summary**
The Agency Communication & Event Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies and creating compelling marketing materials to support PT FWD Insurance Indonesia's agency network. This role ensures consistent branding and messaging across all agency-facing communications and marketing collateral.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute communication plans for agency-related initiatives, product launches, and company announcements.
* Create, write, edit, and proofread a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, sales kits, newsletters, emails, and digital content, tailored for agency distribution.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and training teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of messaging and branding.
* Manage the content calendar for agency communications and marketing collateral, ensuring timely delivery.
* Maintain and update a central repository of all agency marketing collateral.
* Gather feedback from agencies to continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of communication and marketing materials.
* Ensure all communication and marketing materials comply with company brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Support the organization of agency events and webinars by providing necessary communication and marketing support.
* Monitor and report on the performance of agency communication and marketing collateral.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a communication or marketing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
* Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and creating marketing collateral.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of agency distribution channels and their unique communication needs is highly desirable.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
