Agency Home Nursing ( $35 Hrly, Islandwide ) #HCT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services at the patient's location, including: changing nasogastric feeding tubes and urinary catheters, dressing changes, stoma care, monitoring medication compliance, packing medications, and monitoring parameters or peripheral blood glucose levels.

• Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and report findings to senior staff members.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing

• At least 2–3 years of experience in providing inpatient nursing care

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

• Possess a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED certification
