HIRING: AGENCY MANAGER
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Company: Brit Properties
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers
• Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 20 Sales Executives
• Drive sales initiatives, strategies, and plans to increase brand visibility
• Ensure the agency consistently meets and exceeds monthly sales targets

Requirements
• B.Sc. or HND qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate or Insurance sector
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
