ABOUT THE ROLE<\/span><\/b>:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well\-connected Agency Sales Manager with\nstrong expertise in Branding, specifically focusing on our flagship products\nUNWIRE (Connected TV) and Pulse (digital DOOH/brand solutions).<\/span><\/p>

The ideal\ncandidate will have solid relationships across UK media agencies and the\nability to pitch, strategize, and deliver impactful brand\-led solutions. While\nthe role is primarily branding\-focused, prior Mobile Performance experience is\nan added advantage, enabling the candidate to tap into additional budgets and\nmaximise revenue opportunities.<\/span>

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  1. Lead\n branding\-focused sales initiatives for the UK market, with primary focus\n on CTV solutions.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  2. Build,\n manage, and strengthen relationships with major UK media agencies and\n relevant brand partners.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  3. Identify\n new opportunities within agency networks and introduce Xapads\u2019 branding\n solutions effectively.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  4. Develop\n tailored brand proposals and innovative campaign ideas aligned with client\n objectives.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  5. If\n experienced in performance, opportunistically capture mobile performance\n budgets to grow overall revenue.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  6. Manage\n the full sales cycle starting from pitching and onboarding to campaign\n delivery coordination and billing support.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  7. Track\n market trends and share insights to refine product positioning and\n go\-to\-market strategy.<\/span>

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    1. 3\u20136\n years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within UK agency\n networks.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    2. Strong\n understanding of branding products\u2014especially CTV, DOOH, Rich Media, and\n premium digital placements.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    3. Well\-established\n relationships across key UK agency groups.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    4. Working\n knowledge of performance marketing (MMPs, attribution models, mobile ad\n formats) is a plus.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    5. Excellent\n communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    6. Ability\n to handle fast\-paced situations and craft custom brand solutions quickly.<\/span>
