Agency Sales Support Specialist

As an Agency Sales Support Specialist, you will provide key support to the Agency Sales Team in building and maintaining effective relationships with business partners on a daily basis. Your role will involve comprehensively managing agency sales processes in collaboration with an external agent network - from preparing quotes for clients, through actively supporting agents in their operational activities, to settling concluded contracts. The role requires a partner-oriented mindset and the ability to operate in an indirect sales environment. It is a support and coordination role with strong operational and process-oriented focus, this role does not involve direct acquisition of clients. Scope of duties:

  • Support for offer and pricing processes: preparation and ongoing support of the Agency Sales Team in creating electricity and gas calculations and pricing for clients acquired by agents.
  • Settlements and administration: comprehensive settlement of agreements and contracts obtained by agents, including verification of the correctness of documentation, volumes and commissions paid.
  • Agency network support: conducting conversations with agents, solving their operational problems on an ongoing basis, providing product information and full substantive and process support.
  • CRM system management: entering, verifying and updating data in the CRM system, ensuring the correct flow of documents and information, taking into account the entire sales process in force at MET Polska.
  • Intra-company cooperation: cooperation with the Sales Team and other company departments in order to optimize operations and ensure the highest quality of service for the partner network.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, business customer service (B2B). Experience in working within indirect sales models (agency or partner networks) is preferred.
  • Experience in the energy sector or in roles related to the coordination of commercial processes is desirable.

Education:

  • Higher education (preferably in fields related to business, economics, administration, energy or management).

Technical skills:

  • Very good, practical knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel at a level enabling efficient and error-free work with numbers, reports and valuations).
  • Practical experience in working with CRM systems and understanding of IT sales support processes.

Skills:

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to building trust and long-term relationships with agents.
  • Analytical thinking, precision and attention to detail
  • Independence in organizing own work, multitasking, ability to set priorities and work effectively under time pressure.

Languages:

  • Fluent knowledge of the Polish language.
  • Good knowledge of English (allowing for free business communication).
