THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

We are seeking an <\/span>Agent Architect<\/b> <\/span>to design and lead the <\/span>architecture of multi\-agent systems<\/b>, enabling enterprises to adopt <\/span>Agentic AI at scale<\/b>.
<\/p>
This role goes beyond traditional software or ML architecture \u2014 you will define how <\/span>LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks<\/b> <\/span>come together to form <\/span>reliable, adaptive, and compliant AI agents<\/b>.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

Architecture Design<\/b>
<\/p>
Define <\/span>blueprints for agent workflows<\/b>, including reasoning loops, tool integration, memory systems, and multi\-agent orchestration.
<\/p><\/li>
Architect <\/span>scalable, modular, and extensible agentic systems<\/b> <\/span>aligned with enterprise needs.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Context & Memory Orchestration<\/b>
<\/p>
Design <\/span>context pipelines<\/b> <\/span>using RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs, and multi\-tiered memory (short\-term, episodic, long\-term).
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure efficient <\/span>token management and context allocation<\/b> <\/span>for reliability and cost efficiency.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Integration & Ecosystem<\/b>
<\/p>
Build frameworks to connect <\/span>LLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, and observability layers<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with <\/span>AgentOps Engineers<\/b> <\/span>to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring.

Reliability & Governance<\/b>

Implement guardrails for <\/span>safety, compliance, and brand alignment<\/b>.

Ensure architectures meet <\/span>Responsible AI and governance standards<\/b>.

Innovation & Strategy<\/b>

Stay ahead of <\/span>emerging frameworks (LangGraph, MCP, AgentBridge, A2A messaging)<\/b> <\/span>and incorporate them into architecture strategy.

Partner with product managers and executives to <\/span>align agent design with enterprise workflows and outcomes<\/b>.

Leadership & Mentorship<\/b>
<\/p>
Guide <\/span>AI engineers, AgentOps specialists, and product teams<\/b> <\/span>in best practices for agent design.
<\/p><\/li>
Mentor teams on <\/span>evaluating trade\-offs<\/b> <\/span>between accuracy, cost, latency, and compliance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>
<\/h3>
Must\-Have<\/b>
<\/p>
6\u201310 years in <\/span>AI/ML engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise software design<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Deep knowledge of <\/span>LLM architectures, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), and agent design patterns<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong understanding of <\/span>context engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector/knowledge databases<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with <\/span>multi\-agent orchestration frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(MCP, A2A messaging, AgentBridge).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in <\/span>Python<\/b> <\/span>and AI development stacks.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with <\/span>cloud\-native architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)<\/b> <\/span>and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
<\/p><\/li>
Solid understanding of <\/span>Responsible AI frameworks<\/b> <\/span>and compliance\-driven system design.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Good\-to\-Have<\/b>
<\/p>
Background in <\/span>Reinforcement Learning (RLHF, RLAIF, reward modeling)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in <\/span>enterprise\-scale deployments in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Prior experience as a <\/span>Solutions Architect, AI Architect, or Technical Lead<\/b>.

Contributions to <\/span>open\-source frameworks<\/b> <\/span>in multi\-agent systems or LLM orchestration.
