We are seeking an <\/span>Agentic AI Engineer<\/b> <\/span>to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously within enterprise workflows. In this role, you will work at the intersection of <\/span>LLMs, reasoning systems, orchestration frameworks, and real\-world integrations<\/b> <\/span>to deliver measurable business impact. If you have experience in <\/span>LLM\-powered applications, multi\-agent architectures, and building tool\-augmented AI systems<\/b>, this is your chance to shape the future of enterprise automation. Agentic System Development<\/b> Design, build, and optimize <\/span>autonomous AI agents<\/b> <\/span>using frameworks such as <\/span>LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen<\/b>, or similar. Implement <\/span>multi\-agent collaboration workflows<\/b> <\/span>with shared memory, context management, and task orchestration. LLM Integration & Reasoning<\/b> Fine\-tune and integrate <\/span>LLMs<\/b> <\/span>(OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) for reasoning, planning, and decision\-making tasks. Develop <\/span>tool\-using agents<\/b> <\/span>that can interface with APIs, databases, and third\-party services. System Architecture & Orchestration<\/b> Work with <\/span>Model Context Protocol (MCP)<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>A2A (Agent\-to\-Agent)<\/b> <\/span>messaging for scalable orchestration. Implement <\/span>hybrid reasoning + retrieval<\/b> <\/span>pipelines (vector + knowledge graph). Performance & Safety<\/b> Optimize <\/span>inference performance<\/b> <\/span>and reduce operational costs on platforms like <\/span>NexaStack<\/b>. Implement <\/span>guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation<\/b> <\/span>to ensure safe and reliable agent behavior. Collaboration & Deployment<\/b> Work closely with product, platform, and data engineering teams to integrate agents into enterprise systems. Deploy AI agents to <\/span>cloud, edge, or on\-device environments<\/b> <\/span>as required. Technical Skills<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in <\/span>Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field<\/b>. 2\u20134 years in <\/span>AI/ML engineering<\/b>, with direct experience in <\/span>LLM and agentic AI development<\/b>. Proficiency in <\/span>Python<\/b> <\/span>and libraries/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen. Experience with <\/span>RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)<\/b>, and <\/span>knowledge graphs<\/b>. Understanding of <\/span>distributed systems, API integration, and cloud\-native architectures<\/b>. Familiarity with <\/span>observability and monitoring<\/b> <\/span>for AI systems.
