THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>
<\/h3>
We are seeking an <\/span>AgentOps Engineer<\/b> <\/span>to <\/span>deploy, monitor, and optimize agentic AI systems in production environments<\/b>.
<\/p>
This role is at the core of <\/span>AI observability and operational reliability<\/b>, ensuring that multi\-agent workflows perform consistently, safely, and efficiently. You\u2019ll work at the intersection of <\/span>MLOps, DevOps, and Agentic AI<\/b>, enabling enterprises to confidently adopt AI agents at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

Agent Deployment & Operations<\/b>
<\/p>
Deploy and maintain <\/span>LLM\-powered and multi\-agent systems<\/b> <\/span>across cloud and on\-prem environments.
<\/p><\/li>
Integrate agents with <\/span>enterprise APIs, knowledge bases, and third\-party systems<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Monitoring & Observability<\/b>
<\/p>
Implement <\/span>agentic observability frameworks<\/b> <\/span>to track performance, latency, cost, and accuracy.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor <\/span>execution traces, context windows, and agent interactions<\/b> <\/span>for anomalies.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Optimization & Reliability<\/b>
<\/p>
Fine\-tune agent configurations for <\/span>cost efficiency, scalability, and response quality<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Implement <\/span>fallbacks, guardrails, and redundancy mechanisms<\/b> <\/span>to ensure reliability.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Evaluation & Feedback Loops<\/b>
<\/p>
Build automated pipelines to evaluate <\/span>agent performance, safety, and compliance<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Feed test results into <\/span>continuous improvement loops<\/b> <\/span>with ML/AI engineers.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Security & Compliance<\/b>
<\/p>
Ensure agents follow <\/span>enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with Responsible AI teams to implement <\/span>trust, safety, and audit mechanisms<\/b>.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/b>
<\/p>
Work with <\/span>AI engineers, DevOps, and product managers<\/b> <\/span>to align operational reliability with business outcomes.

Support customer deployments with <\/span>customized monitoring and tuning<\/b>.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>
<\/h3>
Must\-Have<\/b>
<\/p>
2\u20135 years of experience in <\/span>DevOps, MLOps, or AI systems engineering<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Hands\-on with <\/span>LLM orchestration frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with <\/span>AgentOps tools<\/b> <\/span>(LangSmith, PromptLayer, Weights & Biases, Arize AI).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in <\/span>Python<\/b> <\/span>and scripting for automation.
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with <\/span>cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)<\/b> <\/span>and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of <\/span>monitoring & observability tools<\/b> <\/span>(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of <\/span>RAG pipelines, vector databases, and context orchestration<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Good\-to\-Have<\/b>
<\/p>
Exposure to <\/span>multi\-agent orchestration<\/b> <\/span>(MCP, A2A messaging, AgentBridge).
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in <\/span>Responsible AI / model evaluation frameworks<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with <\/span>CI/CD pipelines for AI models and agents<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Background in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or enterprise SaaS systems.
