Agile Master PL

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agile Master PL based in Brazil.

This role plays a key part in driving agile transformation across multiple teams and ensuring that agile principles are effectively embedded at scale throughout the organization. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and change agent, enabling collaboration between teams, leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and business alignment. The position involves working across complex, multi-team environments, removing systemic impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also contribute to defining and tracking agile performance metrics, helping leadership gain visibility into delivery health and flow efficiency. In addition, you will support the adoption of scaled agile frameworks and ensure their consistent application across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role for someone passionate about agile culture, organizational transformation, and enabling high-performing teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Promote and ensure the effective adoption of agile practices across teams and departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Facilitate the identification and removal of high-impact impediments that affect multiple teams or organizational units.
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to align business priorities with agile team deliveries and outcomes.
  • Define, track, and analyze agile metrics and KPIs (such as lead time, cycle time, and flow efficiency) to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and scaling of agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching activities to strengthen agile maturity across teams and leadership.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration between technology, product, and business areas to ensure smooth delivery flow.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in Agile roles within large organizations or complex, multi-team environments.
    • Strong experience implementing scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model.
    • Relevant agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II/III, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or KMP.
    • Experience in agile coaching, facilitation, and organizational change management.
    • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
    • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive cultural change, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
